Or Call Us NowQuick answer. Valley Wash Pros installs Christmas lighting end to end for homes and businesses across Fresno and the Central Valley: design, commercial grade LED cut to your roofline, installation, mid season repairs, January takedown and off season storage. Everything mounts on clips, never staples or nails, because a staple hole in fascia or shingle is exactly where the first winter storm finds its way in. Linear footage of roofline, height and pitch, and how many trees, columns and wreaths you add all move the number, and the real constraint is the calendar, since there are only so many crew days between November and Christmas and they do not stretch.
Design, install, mid-season service, takedown and storage. One price for the whole season, and your ladder never leaves the garage.
Valley Wash Pros installs holiday lighting end to end: design, commercial-grade light custom cut to your roofline, clip-mounted with no staples or nails, mid-season service if anything fails, then takedown and storage in January. Book early, call (559) 975-8124.
The best rooflines in Fresno go on the calendar early, because there are only so many crew-days between November and Christmas and they do not stretch. If you want the house lit by Thanksgiving weekend, the conversation should happen in the fall, not the second week of December.
We quote on linear footage of roofline, the height and pitch we are working on, whether we are adding trees, columns, wreaths or ground elements, and what you already own versus what we supply. Then you get one number in writing that covers the whole season including takedown.
One thing we check on the walk that homeowners never think about: where the power actually is. Most Valley homes have a single exterior outlet on the front, usually near the garage, and it is frequently on the same GFCI circuit as the garage door opener and whatever is plugged in at the workbench. Hang a full roofline off that and it trips the first cold night when the opener pulls its startup current. We map the load to the circuits before anything gets cut, and if the house genuinely does not have the capacity we say so at the quote instead of on December 5th.

What you get by handing the season to a crew instead of a ladder.
Because we are already on Valley rooflines fifty weeks a year, and the roof is the part of this job that goes wrong.
Holiday lighting attracts seasonal operators. They appear in November, hang light for six weeks, and are unreachable by February when your fascia has staple holes in it and half the system is still on the roof. Valley Wash Pros is here in March, in July and in September, cleaning the same roofs, gutters and solar arrays.
That matters more than it sounds. Fresno and Clovis are full of concrete and clay tile roofs, and tile breaks when somebody who does not know tile walks on it. We soft wash these roofs all year. We know where the load-bearing points are, we know what a brittle ridge cap looks like, and we know when a roof should not be walked at all.
We are licensed and insured, family owned, and open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which is how commercial installs get done before a shopping center opens. Every job carries our 100% satisfaction guarantee, and we take 10% off any service with an extra 5% off for seniors, veterans and essential workers.
Straight talk, too. If your roofline is short and simple and you enjoy doing it yourself, you do not need us. If you have a two-story elevation, a tile roof or steep pitch, that is exactly the job worth handing over, and it is the job most people get hurt on.
Clips. Staples and nails put permanent holes in fascia, shingles and trim, and in the Valley those holes are where the first winter storm finds its way in. Clips hold just as well and leave nothing behind.
A staple gun is fast, which is the entire reason it keeps showing up on holiday installs. What it is doing is driving metal through the drip edge, the shingle edge or the fascia board on the most weather-exposed line of your house. Water follows any breach, and rot in fascia does not announce itself until you are replacing board.
Clips are made for the surface they attach to. Shingle clips slide under the tab. Gutter clips grip the lip. Ridge and tile clips hold without putting point pressure on the tile itself. Nothing is punctured, and when the light comes down in January the roof is exactly as it was in November.
Tile deserves its own paragraph, because so much of Fresno and Clovis is tile. Concrete and clay tile carry weight only at specific points, and a person stepping wrong cracks a tile without noticing. A cracked tile does not leak in December. It leaks in the first heavy rain, into an attic nobody is looking at. Our crews are on these roofs year-round for soft washing, so working tile is routine rather than a first-time experiment.
Then there is the electrical side. Commercial-grade light on custom-cut runs, sized to the circuit, is a different product from a chain of six big-box strands plugged end to end past the manufacturer's limit. The latter is the one that browns out, blows a fuse or overheats a connector, usually while nobody is home.
The short version: the mounting method is not a detail. It is the difference between a season of lighting and a repair bill in February.
Almost always one of three things: cheap strands overloaded past their rated run, connections that were never weather-sealed, or tule fog and rain finding an unprotected plug. All three are avoidable and none of them are your fault.
Consumer light is built to a price. The wire gauge is thin, the sockets are not sealed, and the packaging tells you how many strands you may safely connect end to end, a limit almost everyone passes by the second corner of the house. Once you are past it, voltage drops, the last run reads dim, and connectors run hot. That is the failure people describe as the lights just dying.
Fresno adds tule fog to the equation. From December into January the Valley sits under dense, persistent damp that gets into every unsealed connection on the property. Moisture plus a warm connector equals corrosion, and corrosion is why a run that worked for three weeks goes dark on the 22nd. Ground-level plugs sitting in a wet planter bed or a puddle at the downspout are the usual suspects.
Heat cycling matters too. A Valley December swings a long way between a sunny 60 degree afternoon and a 34 degree foggy night, every day, for six weeks. Materials expand and contract, marginal solder joints open up, and clips on a cheap strand let go.
We work the problem from the front: commercial-grade light with heavier wire and sealed sockets, runs custom cut and sized so no circuit gets pushed past what it should carry, connections lifted off the ground and weather-protected rather than left sitting in the flowerbed, and timers set so the system is not energized twenty-four hours a day for six weeks.
The timer is a bigger deal than it sounds. A roofline running dusk to dawn is on roughly fourteen hours a night through a Valley December. Set it to shut off at eleven and you cut the running hours nearly in half, which halves the heat cycling on every connector and the load on every socket. It also means that on the night fog rolls in thick at 2am, the system is cold and off instead of warm and energized.
And if something still fails, you call us and we come out. Mid-season service is part of the job, because lights that go dark on December 22nd are the only version of this service that actually matters.

If a run goes dark in the middle of December, that is our problem to solve, not yours. Call us and we come out. Takedown and storage are included, and every job carries our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

We install holiday lighting across Fresno and the wider Central Valley, for single-story ranch homes, two-story elevations, HOA entries and commercial frontages.
Fresno is the anchor of our route, and the roofs here dictate the method. Old Fig Garden, the Tower District and Sunnyside carry a lot of older shingle and steeper cut-up rooflines with mature trees in the way. Northwest Fresno and Clovis are dense with concrete tile, which is the roof most people should not be walking on themselves. Ranch homes in the ag towns give us long, simple runs that light beautifully and go up fast.
Because we are open 24 hours a day, commercial installs at shopping centers, restaurants and offices can be scheduled before the doors open, and takedown in January works the same way.
Christmas lighting in Fresno CA is where our season starts, but the crew covers five counties from the same shop. Pick your city, or see the full service area.
Christmas lighting Fresno CA has one local condition that changes how a system should be built: tule fog. Six weeks of dense, persistent damp sits on the Valley floor from December into January, and it finds every unsealed connector on the property. That is why our runs use sealed sockets, why connections come up off the ground instead of resting in a wet planter bed, and why we set a timer rather than leaving a roofline energized dusk to dawn. Foothill properties toward Oakhurst have the opposite problem, colder nights and real wind, so clip density goes up. We walk the property, quote what your roofline needs, and the estimate is free anywhere in Fresno, Madera, Kings, Tulare or Merced County. Book in the fall if you want a date before Thanksgiving.
The lights go on the same roofline and gutter run we service the rest of the year, which is why these pair naturally.
